Liability Waiver & Release

1. PARTICIPATION WAIVER: I, the team captain, certify that all players submitted on the roster are in good physical condition and capable of participating in strenuous basketball activities.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: Basketball involves physical contact and inherent risks of injury. I agree to assume all risks on behalf of the team.

3. LIABILITY RELEASE: I release, waive, and forever discharge Hoop Culture, league organizers, referees, sponsors, and venue hosts from any and all liability arising out of injury, loss, or damage during league activities.

4. CODE OF CONDUCT: All team members must show respect to referees, coordinators, opponents, and spectators. Zero tolerance for violence or abusive language.

5. MEDIA RELEASE: I grant Hoop Culture and ARBS Stats Platform permission to photograph, record, and publish content of all team members for stats, websites, and social media.
